4. What are your company products?

We specialize in manufacturing compostable/biodegradable, plain LDPE, PP & HDPE and Anti-static plastic bags/sheets/rolls for packaging purposes. We also offer 6-coloured plastic printing services.

5. What is the uniqueness of Lokeman’s products?

Our bags are strong, long-lasting, tear-resistant, transparent (PP), heat-resistant (Hdpe), lightweight, recyclable, and anti-static (electrostatic discharge prevention). They are made of high-quality and authentic food-grade materials and come in a wide range of styles, types, and sizes.

7. Can I customize the shape, size, color of my bag?

Yes. You can customize it whatever you want.

9. What is the estimated delivery date?
  • Plain plastic bag/sheet/roll – 2 weeks
  • Printed plastic bag/sheet/roll – 4 weeks
10. Why I should choose plastic bag instead of paper?

Definitely is plastic bag. It is because plastic bags outperform cotton or paper bags. It is more durable and reusable than paper and importantly, it has a lower carbon footprint. Our plastic bag is the best choice for the environment as well as your industrial, food, agricultural, and grocery packaging needs.

11. What is eco-friendly bag?

Eco-friendly bag is made from a compostable and biodegradable resin based on corn starch, a material that is renewable on an annual basis.It is unquestionably a food grade eco plastic. This resin grade has been compatibilized to provide a high level of mechanical strength, excellent elongation properties, and toughness.

12. Why eco-friendly bag?

It reduces CO2 emissions, is less harmful to humans and animals, uses less oil, saves money, and is simple to recycle.

SHIPPING POLICY

2. How can I track my order?

Under Order History, you can find “Track Shipment” to check your status of order. Alternatively, you could key in the tracking number through Courier service website. https://www.jtexpress.my/track.php Please call +012-488 9833 (Mr.Tang) / +6017-626 9833 (Ms.Tan) / +604-5381608 EXT 102 (Customer care) before come for self-collection. Please call 1 day in advance before self-collection.

3. How does Lokeman Guarantee Period work?

Seller Guarantee Period consists of 2 elements as follows, starting from the buyer’s payment confirmation date.

  1. Day to Ship: Seller determines the day to ship based on the number of working days required to prepare for the delivery.
  2. Estimated Delivery Day: The estimated delivery day is based on the average delivery time, which varies depending on delivery location, among other factors.

Example:

All orders are processed within 3 business days.4 days for the estimated delivery date and 3 days for the buyer’s confirmation, for a total of 10 days.3 (Day to Ship) + 4 (Estimated Delivery Day) + 3 (Buyer Confirmation Time) = 10 days 

  • The buyer expects to receive the order within 7 days after the payment has been confirmed and additional 1 extra day to do the necessary checking of the good received.
  • It should take about 7-10 days to complete the whole process.
  • The shipment will be delivered during the business days excluding the public holidays.
  • If there is any unexpected delay within the notice of Lokeman, Lokeman will communicate to the buyer.

 If buyer has not received the good yet, can the buyer extend the Lokeman Guarantee Period?

  1. Yes, buyer is allowed a one-time 3 days extension of the Lokeman Guarantee period if yet to receive the good.
  2. To extend the Lokeman Guarantee period, just tap on ‘Extend Lokeman Guarantee’ in the ‘Order Details’ page.

 

Will the order be automatically cancelled if:

  1. Lokeman does not active for 7 business days.
  2. Lokeman does not ship the order and click ‘Ship’ by the end of the Lokeman Guarantee Period.
4. How about the Customs, duties, and taxes for international shipping?

Seller is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to customer’s order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer such as tariffs, taxes, etc.

REFUND POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our bags at www.lokeman.com operated by Lokeman Products Sdn. Bhd.We offer a money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a reimbursement within 7-14 calendar days of your purchase.After 7-14 days period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the bags within 3 days upon receiving your goods.If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.

1. How will issues of product damage be handled?

The seller is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team to file a claim.If you receive damaged item, wrong item, item doesn’t match, extra item, shortage item, Lokeman will require evidences from you within 3 days upon receiving of the item(s). We may request you to share pictures/videos and with the order number. Please show the chat history if there is communication or negotiation involved.
